In partnership with Logan Brae Orchards in the New South Wales Blue Mountains, The Wild Kitchen celebrated the launch of Sarah Glover’s Wild Adventure Cookbook with a feast for over one hundred people. Berkshire Sausages smoked over coals were accompanied by an apple sauce made with produce from the family run Logan Brae apple orchard. Incredible harvested vegetables rounded out what could only be described as an epicurean banquet.
